What are the garments made of?

Hoodies: 12.7 oz/yd² (430 GSM) super-heavyweight fleece, 56.44% cotton / 43.56% polyester. T-shirts: Premium 100% cotton blend. This is industrial-density fabric, significantly heavier than mainstream "heavy" hoodies (280–320 GSM).

When will I get my order?

Processing: 1–6 business days (made to order). Shipping: 7–15 business days after dispatch. Damaged/incorrect items: Contact kraeveapparel@kraeve.ca.

How do I wash these garments?

Machine wash 30°C gentle cycle, no bleach, tumble dry low, iron at low temp (avoid print), no dry cleaning.

How much does shipping cost?

Calculated at checkout based on location and items. Free shipping on orders over $150.

What is the return policy?

All sales are final. Exception: damaged or defective items — contact kraeveapparel@kraeve.ca.

How do I size correctly?

Size Guide is attached in product photos. Chest: measure under the arms. Length: shoulder to hem. Shoulder: back seam-to-seam. Sleeve: shoulder seam to cuff. Reference: founder (6'3", XL), lead designer (5'7", M). Note: 1–3 cm variance due to 400 GSM construction. All sales final — no returns for sizing errors.
