Refund policy


1. Made-to-Order Policy

All KRÆVE pieces are made to order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Order errors made by the customer
  • Minor colour variations due to screen settings

Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item, size, or print)

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery at kraeveapparel@gmail.com.

Your email must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted after 7 days or without sufficient proof.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds (if approved) will only be issued for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Printing errors
  • Incorrect items shipped

Refunds will not be issued for normal wear and tear, improper washing, or misuse.


4. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Customers may be required to return the item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

We are not responsible for lost return packages.


5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Order blacklisting
  • Denial of future purchases
  • Submission of evidence to payment providers

We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.


8. Limitation of Liability

KRÆVE is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Customs fees, duties, or import taxes
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If a package is marked delivered, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.


9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that order.
