Shipping policy
1. Made-to-Order
Every KRÆVE piece is made to order.
This means your item is created specifically for you after purchase. Because of this, processing takes 1–6 business days before your order ships.
We don’t mass produce. We produce with intention.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been fulfilled, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier backlogs
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- High seasonal demand
We appreciate your patience — quality takes time.
3. Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
KRÆVE is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Packages returned due to address errors
- Additional shipping fees required for re-delivery
If a package is returned because of an address error, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
KRÆVE is not liable for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Packages marked as delivered
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
6. International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local government.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
KRÆVE is not responsible for customs delays or additional import costs.
7. Order Changes
Because all items are made to order, changes or cancellations must be requested immediately after purchase.
Once production begins, modifications may not be possible.
